Covid-19 Update: At present the Japanese borders are not open to tourists but we have reasons to believe this might change soon. We are also taking every precaution to keep our groups safe. We are limiting group size to 4 this year and ask that everyone gets tested within 72 hours of departure and once we form our bubble we will minimize contacts with people outside our group. BEST prices available by booking early, FULLY refundable until Dec.
YOUR AUTHENTIC POWDER EXPERIENCE IN NORTHERN JAPAN
TRIP OF A LIFETIME
No trip is complete without a journey into local cuisine, right? Hokkaido is regarded by foodies worldwide as a mecca for some of the best japanese food you could ever taste. We will enjoy it all: okonomiyaki, soup curry, miso ramen, soba noodles, and of course the freshest sushi ever...
There are many reasons to visit Hokkaido but there is only one you need to know: average snowfall of about 24 metres (that is almost 80 ft y'all!), which makes any other ski destination look pointless for anyone who loves skiing fresh and deep powder all day long, every day!
Japanese land is highly seismic as you might have heard, but there is one great gift that comes with that, the Japanese call them "onsen", and they are natural hot springs, a big part of local culture in Hokkaido and the perfect way to recover after a long day on the mountains.
Japow has certainly been getting more and more popular with skiers all over the globe but luckily most people seem to be going to the same couple of more known resorts. We prefer to stay off the beaten track, certain to find the same legendary snow conditions but hardly anyone there to share the powder with, so that we can enjoy fresh tracks all day long.
On our adventure trips we keep moving around Hokkaido to give you a good experience of different ski resorts, exploring different terrain, sampling different food, relaxing in the best onsen baths and taking in as much of the local culture as possible, from karaoke to whiskey bars!
